Frshr: A Digital Storefront for Dubai's Leather Restoration Specialists

Frshr set out to become the standard for leather restoration and cleaning in Dubai, a service business built on craft and trust rather than an obvious digital product. Our brief was to give that trust a home online: a site that makes a specialist, slightly unfamiliar service easy to understand and easy to book.
Leather restoration is not a category most people shop for often, which meant the site had to do real explaining work rather than assuming visitors already knew what they needed. We built the page structure around the questions a first time customer actually has: what condition of damage can be fixed, how the process works, how long it takes, and what it costs, before asking for a booking. Getting that order right mattered more than any single visual choice on the page.
Dubai's market also meant designing for a genuinely mobile first audience, most visitors landing from a phone browser or a social link rather than a desktop search. We built and tested the booking flow mobile first rather than adapting a desktop layout down, keeping forms short and the path from landing page to confirmed booking as few taps as possible.
The visual language leans on clean, light layouts and close up photography of restored leather goods, letting the quality of the finished work speak for the service rather than relying on stock imagery or heavy branding. For a business whose entire pitch is "trust us with something you care about," showing the actual results plainly does more work than any amount of copywriting.
We also kept the language on the site plain and specific rather than promotional. Service pages describe what actually happens to a bag or a jacket during restoration, scuffs, colour fading, cracked stitching, rather than leaning on vague claims about quality and care that every competitor's site makes too. For a first time customer trying to work out whether a stranger can be trusted with a genuinely expensive item, specific and slightly technical language reads as more credible than polished marketing copy, and that was the tone we wrote the whole site to.
